Being consistant is the key to success of most things, this is no different when it comes to overall flexibility. We reccomend this class to anyone and everyone irregardless of ability, there are no limits to what the body can safely acheieve with a healthy approach to body awareness.
Our instructors use a range of active, passive and PNF stretching techniques to improve joint mobility and range of motion.
