Q: I’ve never done Pole/Aerial before, what classes are suitable for me?

A: All of our classes are beginner friendly, you will be fully accommodated in any of the classes on our timetable. (Please note ‘Open Play’ is only for those who have previous experience – Please attend classes prior to booking this)

Q: What do I need to wear/bring to class?

A: We’d advise different clothing for different classes, if you’re doing a Pole Fitness class, bring shorts and a t-shirt/sports bra you’re able to move freely in. If you’re attending anything else, such as Aerial or Stretch, wear layers and leggings for comfort. Pole can be done in leggings although it’s easier in shorts. Please try not to moisturise the day of class.

Q: I have no upper body strength, can I still come to class?

A: Of course! Pole and Aerial is not about needing strength to begin with, but about building that strength up to achieve gradually harder moves and positions. Your instructor will work through this with you at your own pace.

Q: How much is a class/course?

A: The following prices apply to a course of 4 classes**:

Pole Fitness/Exotic Pole: £7 per class (£28 total)
Aerial Hoop & Trapeze: £7 per class (£28 total)
Acrobalance/Stretch & Flexibility: £5 per class (£20 total)

The prices shown below are a reflection of booking a singular class:

Pole Fitness/Exotic Pole: £9 per class
Aerial Hoop & Trapeze: £9 per class
Acrobalance/Stretch & Flexibility: £7 per class

Classes do not need to be of the same type, or taken over 4 separate weeks, for example: You are able to book 2 Pole Fitness classes, 2 Stretch & Flexibility classes and spread them across 2 weeks or even 1.

 Please note, we do not offer ‘taster’ classes, if you wish to try out a class a singular booking is required.

Q: Can I change my booking to a different day once I’ve booked?

A: Yes – Any class booking can be changed up to 24 hours before the class is due to commence, this can be done by email only**. Unfortunately we cannot change or refund a booking that is within 24 hours of the class time itself and we do reserve the right to adhere to this.

Q: How do I request a refund?

A: If you’d like to request a refund for your booking, you may email us at booking@studiostellar.co.uk no less than 24 hours before your first class is due to commence.

 Please note we cannot refund a course of classes pre 24 hours of taking the first class within the course. Also we unfortunately cannot refund the remaining classes within the course once the first, second, third and so forth, classes have been taken.

Q: Do I have to book 4 classes at once? Can I book a singular class?

A: Yes – You are able to book a single class with us, although we do encourage you to book a course (4 or more) in advance to take advantage of our discounted class rate.

Q: How do I book a class?

A: Booking is done via this website, this can be done via desktop, tablet, or your phone minutes before the class – Much like online shopping, simply choose the day(s) and time(s) you wish to attend class from our ‘Timetable’ or ‘Book Online’ page, then add them to your basket using the ‘Tickets’ form at the bottom of the page below the description. From there you can proceed to the ‘Checkout’ process via PayPal under the ‘My Account’ tab. From there, apply any course discount under ‘Coupon’ via the Checkout page (i.e. ‘COURSE’ when booking 4 or more classes). Booking must be carried out online before attending a class, or you may be turned away for a class.

Q: Do I need to pay by PayPal? Do I need a PayPal account?

A: We only use PayPal as a platform to process payments, you do not need an account with PayPal to pay. If you wish to pay by card, proceed to the checkout and choose the option ‘Pay by card’ on the PayPal screen, this will not require a login.

Q: How do I apply the 4 class course discount?

A: To apply the 4 class course discount, follow the regular procedure of choosing at least 4 dates and times of when you would like to attend, once you’ve done this, proceed to the ‘Checkout’ page and enter the discount code into the section that says ‘Coupons’ and hit ‘Apply Coupon’. This will automatically apply the discount and you can proceed through the regular payment channel as normal.

Q: Can I pay cash upon arrival?

A: No – Unfortunately our teachers cannot handle cash, we require you to book online so we can monitor class size so we can assure no class is over filled.

Q: How many people will be in the class?

A: This can vary – We only allow 3 people per apparatus due to our insurance, i.e. 3 people per pole maximum across 4 poles. Our classes can be full sometimes, although you’re more than welcome to email us and ask which are the quieter days so you can take full advantage of our instructors time.

Q: Do you do 1-2-1 sessions, how much is a private lesson and how can I book it?

A: Yes! We do. We allow 1-2-1, 2-2-1 and 3-2-1 private lessons in any discipline. This can be catered to both new beginners and seasoned veterans, wether you’re doing a class for fun, or you’re looking for our expertise to create a routine.
