Open Pole Fitness classes welcome all abilities, from brand new beginners through to those at an intermediate and advance level. This class is structured to work on an individual or grouped basis with our teachers on a scaled variation, you will get to work through a set syllabus at your own pace tailored to your ability.
Pole Fitness is fantastic for those looking to tone up, lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle in a fun and unconventional way. At Studio Stellar we focus on creating a welcoming environment, we work with many people of all ages from 16 to upwards of 60 and those of all different shapes and sizes, we all started as beginners once, so making everyone feel comfortable is paramount to us.
Note: On the day of the class we’d advise you to avoid moisturising, this is to reduce the amount of excess oil from transferring to the poles thus making them slippery. Normal gym attire or comfortable clothing that allows movement should be worn to class, shorts are highly recommended but not mandatory.
