This class focuses on learning new skills and technical movement around Static Trapeze and Aerial Hoop, you’ll be taken through a carefully curated syllabus of moves and transitions at your own pace and given time to feel completely comfortable with each position. We also mix short sequences and combinations into this class to promote balance and full body strengthening.
Aerial Hoop & Trapeze is open to all levels of experience from beginners to advance, no prior experience is necessary to attend. We recommend you wear comfortable gym attire that allows movement, long joggers or leggings are preferred but not mandatory.
